“Dear Nigerians we know you are angry and for that we are sorry” VP Osinbanjo apologizes to Nigerians

The Vice President of Nigeria prof. Yemi Osinbanjo has apologized to Nigerian over the happening on the police brutality towards the citizens and other things.

In a thread on twitter, Osinbanjo admitted the suffering and grievances of the people and must fully take responsibility for it.

He also talked about the stories about the brutality of the Federal Special Anti Robbery squad personal which was the genesis of the protest in the first place.

Professor Osinbanjo also said all the states will set up a trust fund in other to foresee the compensation of those family who has lost their loved ones.

He further noted that the government is aware and doing everything humanly possible to bring an end to the Happenings.

The VP further explains that Only the state government have the power to set up a Commission of inquiries, therefore they have had a series of meetings with the President Muhammadu Buhari as well as the IGP and Adamu and are going to act as soon as possible
